Once a soul has completed its full cycle of reincarnation and has fulfilled all of it’s Soul Plans life learning goals. The soul would ascend to a high vibrational level which would allow it to merge with God’s Source. Since every soul still retains its Free will, it would be given a choice whether or not it wishes to merge with Source. Doing so would create a new soul, or continue to exist as its existing soul, keeping its individuality.
If the soul chooses to merge with God Source then, its soul essence would be combined and combined with; the unlimited number of souls, infinite wisdom, life experiences and lessons, and the individual characteristics of all the souls within God Source. All of this would be used to create a “New” individual soul with, its own unique personality and characteristics beginning the entire reincarnation process over again.
